Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PuFama Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Studio Bookings
Studio bookings must be made in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
3. Equipment and Facilities
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
4. Content Ownership
Clients retain full ownership of content created in our studio. However, we may request permission to use content for promotional purposes. PuFama Studios retains ownership of any creative concepts or strategies developed by our team.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Conduct
Clients must conduct themselves professionally. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates our policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
PuFama Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City.
